I thought it would be hard for my son to transition from an in home babysitter, but it's been amazing! My account was charged for another week,  but I did not notice at the time- although review of my  invoices and records indicates this occurred. The way they treat people is horrible.

Furthermore,  Champions continued to bill for  services not provided even though my child was gone from the program. They should at least give the parents until Friday.

They're just unacceptably, unorganized!
